Return Policy Overview
What Can Be Returned
- Unframed prints — Must be in original condition, unrolled and undamaged, within 14 days of delivery
- Framed prints — Returnable only if received damaged during shipping
- Wrong item received — We'll send the correct item immediately at no cost
What Cannot Be Returned
- Custom or personalized orders
- Prints that have been hung, displayed, or show signs of use
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items without original packaging
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it for free. Here's what to do:
- Step 1: Take clear photos of the damage (including packaging)
- Step 2: Email the photos to hello@artedges.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Step 3: We'll ship your replacement within 1–2 business days

Refund Timeline
- Inspection: 1–2 business days after receiving the returned item
- Refund processed: 3–5 business days back to your original payment method
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via Vodafone Cash or bank transfer
