📦 Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Cairo and Giza are delivered within 2–4 business days. Other governorates typically take 4–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over LE 1,000. For orders below that, a flat shipping fee of LE 60–80 applies depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our order tracking page.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Currently, we only ship within Egypt. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know!
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can modify or cancel it. Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.

What paper do you print on?
We use museum-grade, archival-quality paper with a weight of 250gsm. Our prints are made with fade-proof inks that maintain their vibrancy for decades — even in direct sunlight.
What frame options do you offer?
We offer four frame options:

• Oak Frame — Natural wood with warm tones
• Black Frame — Sleek and modern
• White Frame — Clean and minimalist
All frames are handcrafted from solid wood with a protective glass front.

What sizes are available?
Most of our prints are available in three sizes:
• 30×40 cm — Perfect for small spaces and galleries
• 50×70 cm — Our most popular size
• 60×90 cm — Statement piece for large walls
Custom sizes may be available upon request.

Are the colors accurate to what I see online?
We calibrate our monitors and printers to ensure maximum color accuracy. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings. Rest assured — our prints look even better in person!

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unframed prints in their original condition. Framed prints can be returned if damaged during shipping. See our full Return Policy for details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We pack every order with extreme care, but if something arrives damaged, we'll replace it for free — no questions asked. Simply send us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery to hello@artedges.com.
How do I request a refund?
Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Yes! We offer installment plans through ValU. Simply select ValU at checkout and choose your preferred plan — 0% interest available on select offers.
🎨 Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my framed print?
Gently wipe the glass with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid spraying cleaning products directly on the glass — spray onto the cloth first. Never use abrasive materials on the frame.
Where should I hang my print?
For best results, hang your print away from direct sunlight and high humidity areas. Eye level is ideal — the center of the print should be approximately 150cm from the floor. Use appropriate wall anchors for heavier framed pieces.
