Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• The item is returned within 14 days of delivery
• The item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact
• The item was damaged during shipping (photo evidence required within 48 hours)
• You received the wrong item

Non-Refundable Items

• Custom or personalized prints
• Items that have been hung, displayed, or altered
• Items returned without original packaging
• Gift cards

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
• Credit/Debit card refunds may take an additional 5–10 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank
• Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via Vodafone Cash or bank transfer

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

• The item shows signs of use but is otherwise in acceptable condition
• The item is returned after the 14-day window but within 30 days (subject to a 20% restocking fee)

Shipping Costs

• Damaged/defective items: We cover all return shipping costs
• Change of mind returns: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or frame option. Exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange — we'll guide you through the process.
